REGISTRATION

Participants can register for the seminar only through the online registration system on the internet by entering the system via the link below, and then by using one of the two methods of payment.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment by Mail Order Form

Participants can make their payments by the mail order form that they will fill in on the online registration system.

Participants will enter the registration system, and fill in the required personal details. Then they will select the services that they wish to purchase, click on the “Payment by Mail Order Form” button on the payment page, and print out the form that they have filled in. They will fill in their credit card details by hand, sign the completed form, and send it to the Congress Secretariat via e-mail or fax. Payments of the purchased services will be charged by credit card, and the form will be disposed of following the collection of payments. Forms which are not signed will be invalid, and disposed of immediately.

Payment by Bank Transfer

Participants can make their payments by bank transfer or EFT.

Participants will enter the registration system, and fill in the required personal details. Then they will select the services that they wish to purchase, click on the “Payment by Bank Transfer” button on the payment page, and fill in the information required for bank transfer or EFT.

Participants will be sent the confirmation of registration, accommodation and all of other related purchases upon the transfer of payment into the seminar account. All expenses related to the payment such as remittance fee will be paid by participants. In the event that the amount transferred into the seminar account is not complete, it will be turned into balance and the ID badge will be submitted upon the completion of payment. Participants should make sure that their SURNAME is identified in the notes part of the bank transfer or EFT. Participants that register as a student are required to send their student certification that proves that they are registered at an educational institution during seminar to the Congress Secretariat by e-mail or fax.

Cancellation of Registration

All requests for cancellation of registration should be notified in written to Ultra Tourism. Requests of cancellation which are not notified in written will be invalid.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All repayments due to cancellation of registration will be made in 30 days following the end of the seminar.
